This letter is being written by Hansberger Global Investors, Inc. (“HGI”) in regards to services rendered by MJ Simpson. MJ Simpson was hired by HGI in June of 2004 to serve as general contractor for the build out of our new office space located at 401 East Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. From the beginning, MJ Simpson made it a point to identify and understand the specific needs of our firm, including a tight timeframe for completion of this project. Senior management was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. The entire MJ Simpson team was extremely cooperative and highly skilled and as a result they delivered us a Class “A” office space on time and on budget.
We would highly recommend MJ Simpson to anyone looking for a contractor. In our opinion, their expertise, diligence, reliability and dedicated work ethic make them highly qualified to take on new clients. As a matter of fact, as of this date, HGI has again retained the services of MJ Simpson to commence the build out of additional space in our current location.
